Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lak,e City, Utah, September 4, 1934. Notice is hereby given that Max Mackelprang, Cedar City, Utah, has made application in accordance witli the laws of Utah to appropriate 0.20 sec. ft. of water from an Unnamed Stream in Beaver County, Utah. Said water will be diverted from Jan. 1st to Dec 31st inch of each year at a point which bears S. 1419 ft. from the N cor. Sec. 36, T. 29 S., R. 20 W., S. L. B. and M. The water will be held in a collecting pond at the point of diversion and released therefrom there-from in sufficient quantities to run through a ditch 5000 feet long to a second pond from which it will be released into troughs as needed tc water 4000 head of sheep and 4 horses. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11613. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the . reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice T.
