Show I SOUTH MILFORD Mrs. Elmer Golden and two young daughters spent the Thanksgiving holidays with Mrs. Golden's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cary of the Delta South Tract. C. G. Haskell has been confined to I his home the past week with illness. Jacob Fouth left on Wednesday for southern California where he will ' spend the winter with his son, Fred. -Miss Beniti James was a luncheon guest on Tuesday at the home of Mrs. W. C. Cates. Mrs. Harold Sautter was called to Salt Lake last Tuesday by the sudden sud-den death of her father, Judge Ben Johnson, former city judge. Her many friends will sympathize with her in this sorrow. The Community club will hold their special meeting at the club house on Saturday evening, December 5. Lively Live-ly discussions and refreshments will feature the evening. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Elmer and small sons returned from Delta on Monday. They were Thanksgiving day guests of Mrs. Elmer's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Underhill. The recent heavy storms and intense in-tense cold have made good demand for hay and both cattle and dairy men are frequent callers on the farmers farm-ers on the Flat. Hay is holding a steady price at present but as the crop is short, excessive demands may 'ioost the price. |
