Show J Howard Vincent spent the 4th of July in Salt Lake City. ' Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Anderson and son Bobby left Saturday for a few days visit in Provo. Jos. R. Murdock and family spent Sunday and Monday camping and fisning on Ithe South Fork of the Beaver. J. P. fWilliams, manager of the Safeway store, and wife, visited relatives re-latives in Cedar City over the Fourth. Mrs. Freda Outzen and children Bernice, Burnell and Dern spent the week-end in Marysvale visiting with relatives and friends. Mrs. Howard Phelps and daughter Barbara Lea from Salt Lake City, are in Milford visiting relatives, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Webb. Mrs. Lee Erickson and small baby daughter, and son Lee, of Salt Lake City, arrived Sunday to spend a few weeks with her mother, Mrs. Dan Ferguson. Mr. and Mrs. K. B. Coon and children child-ren returned home Saturday after spending the past few months visiting visit-ing at the home of his parents at Compton, Calif. Miss Hilda Howes of Salt Lake City, was down to Milford for the dance at Hanging Rock. She returned return-ed to Delta but plans to visit Milford shortly. Chas. Turner of Los Angeles, was a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Scott Tanner Tan-ner over the Fourth. A couple of days was spent on an oi'ting to Puffer Puf-fer Lake during his visit here. Mrs. S. E. Crookston and two daughters of Las Vegas, are spending spend-ing a month in Milford with Mrs. Crookston's brothers and sisters at the Schow home. Mr. and Mrs. Stan Stan Tattersall accompanied by Martha Hurst of Beaver were in Milford Saturday on business. Mrs. D. A. Baxter and daughter Virginia left on the morning of the Fourth for Salt Lake City for a few days visit. Geo. Fernley and wife fend Rue Nielson and wife spent the Fourth fishing on the Mammoth. They report re-port a good catch. Mxs. C. E, Stonehocker, Messrs Earl and Glen Stonhocker, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Coleman, Miss Eva Coleman, Cole-man, Miss Theone Gillins and Roy and Dan Coleman spent the fourth of July in Beaver Canyon. Among the Milford people that spent the Fourth at Puffer Lake were M. P. Lewis and family, Harold and Sam Cline, S. O. Russie and Ralph Russie, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Osborn, Erma Gillies, Itha Kinney and many others. Mr. and Mrs. M. M. Vincent, Mr. and Mrs. J. V. Rochek. Mr. and Mrs. Val Yepson, Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Campbell, Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Hancock, Han-cock, Carol Orr and families enjoyed an outing at Merchants Valley, July 4. |
