Show ORDINANCE NUMBER 10 AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TAX and for assessment of property in Sidewalk Improvement District No. 4, for the purpose of constructing concrete sidewalks upon the following streets on the respective side or sides, as follows, to-wit: Both sides of Stoddard Street from Fifth Avenue Aven-ue Ninth Avenue; the East side of Lewis Street from Fifth Avenue to th South boundary line of Plat "B" Amended Milford Townsite Survey; the West side of Lewis Street from a point 50 feet South of Fifth Avenue to Sixth Avenue; the West side of South Milford Place from Sixth Avenue to the South boundary line of Milford Heights Subdivision; the East side of Walrus Street from Sixth Avenue to the South boundary line of Milford Hejehts Subdivision; the West side of Walrus Street from Sixth Avenue to Eighth Avenue; both sides of Utah Street from Sixth Avenue to Eighth Avenue - both sides of Sixth Avenue from the railroad right-of-way to Utah Street; both sides of Seventh Avenue from the railroad right-of-way to Lewis Street; the North side of Eighth Avenue from Stoddard Street to Utah Street; the South side of Eighth Avenue from Stoddard Street to Walrus Street; the North side of Ninth Avenue from Stoddard Street to Lewis Street. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF MILFORD, MIL-FORD, UTAH: Section 1. That the Board of Trustees of Milford, Utah, does hereby here-by levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the same upon the property hereinafter described in Sidewalk Improvement District No. 4, to-wit: Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Block 13; all of Block 14; all of Block 15; Lots 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Block 16; all of Block 17; all of Block IS; all of Block 19; all of Block 20; Lot 3 in Block 21; the Southerly 150 feet of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 23; Tract E; all contained in Plat "B" Amended Milford Townsite Survey; Lota 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 in Block 2; Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 in Block 4; all of Block 21; all of Block 22; all of Block 23 ; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. and 8 in Block 25; all contained in Milford Heights Subdivision. The said total tax of $10,777.80 is the total abutters' cost of said improvement, im-provement, according to the contract entered into for the performance of said work and making the said improvement im-provement with Mullins & Wheeler, contractors, dated the 5th day. of September, 1920, and the Town Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to assess, in acordance with '.he aforementioned provisions of this ordinance, for the purpoise as hereinbefore herein-before mentioned, Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, and H in Hlock 13; all of Block 14; all of Hlock 15; Lots 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Illock 1G; all of Block 17; all of Block 18; all of Block 19; all of Block 20; Lot 3 in Block 21; the Southerly 150 Vet of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 23; Tract E; all contained in Plat "B" mended Milford Townsite Survey, Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 10, 17 18, 19, 20, !1, 22 and 23 in Block 2; Lots 12, 13, 11, 15, 1C, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 in 'ilock 4; all of Block 21; all of Block 2; all of Block 23; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, ", fi, 7 and 8 in Block 25; all contain-d contain-d in Milford Heights Subdivision. ruction II. That the assessment ':. i made by the Town Treasurer as orrected, approved and. completed iy the Board of Equalization and Re-:ew Re-:ew of the property described in Sec-'ion Sec-'ion I of this Ordinance in Sidewalk Improvement District No. 4 of Milford, Mil-ford, Utah, for the purpose of constructing con-structing concrete sidewalks, is hereby here-by confirmed and the assessments rnde and returned in said lists, and "h--- report of the Board of Equaliza-'ion Equaliza-'ion and Review to the Board of Trustees of Milford, Utah, are hereby here-by ratified, approved and confirmed. Section III. The said tax shall be .ayable in five equal annual installments install-ments as provided by law, and ordinance, ordi-nance, the first equal annual installment install-ment to be due and pavable on the Hh day of May, 1930, with interest on he whole sum unpaid at the rate of even percent per annum at the time ?ach installment be due. In the event my installment of principal or interest inter-est be not paid when due, the whole mount of the special tax unpaid at :he time each installment of principal r interest be due, shall become imme-uately imme-uately due and payable, and any installment in-stallment of either principal or interest in-terest not paid when due shall draw nterest at the rate of twelve percent per annum until the sale of the property prop-erty assessed.
