Tho Crosbys of North Creek, were in Adiimsville Sunday. There were 8 children baptised at Adiimsville Sunday; fi hoys and 3 Sills. Surprise party for Mrs. Griffiths Thursday night, a surprise party-was party-was giveii for Mrs. Kuhe Griffiths at her home. A lare crowd of relatives rela-tives from Minersville were present, also many from this place. Mrs. Dev-ntu Dev-ntu HesliiiK'ton and baby of Salt Lake, attended the purty. A very delicious luncheon of ice cream, cake sandwiches sand-wiches and other refreshments was served at midnight. Koese Griffiths of Minersville, furnished the music. The games and music were enjoyed by all. Young Ladies' Sewing Club The Young Ladies' Sewing club enjoyed en-joyed Thursday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Henry Larson. All were busy at their sewing until luncheon, which was served at 3:00 p. m. Frank Jcssup, Larence Limb and others of Pioche, Nevada, were here Monday, visiting friends and relatives. rela-tives. James E. Robinson and Mr. Osborn State Koad men, were in town la.t week. Mrs. Kate Pierce is spending a few days in Beaver with her sister, Mrs. Dave Pierce. Messers Wilford Johnson and Wil-ford Wil-ford Larsen have both been away at their sheepherd for several days. Morgan Evans left Sunday moming for Idaho, where he has employment as a mechanic. T. L. Griffiths and wife were here Sunday. Mr. Griffiths was acting as ward missionary. |
