OCR Text	Show MILFORD MAN WINS PROMOTION IN R. 0. T. C. Logan By order of Colonel Waller of the United States Army and with approval of President Elmer George Peterson of the Utah State Agricultural Agricul-tural College, Horace Palmer of Milford, Mil-ford, a sophomore at that institution, was last week promoted to the position posi-tion of Cadet Corporal in Battery C of the college unit of the Reserve Officers Of-ficers Training Corps. The promotion was made, according accord-ing to Colonel Waller, on a basis of scholarship, military discipline, and general fitness for army leadership. Mr. Palmer is registered in the school of Engineering and is pursuing pursu-ing the prescribed four year course leading to a Bachelor's degree from that school. He is a member of the Engineers' club and belongs also to the Alpha Beta Epsilon fraternity. o
