Show u ADAMSVILLE Dan Stewart was here last week helping Floyd Wright and Mark Sherwood on the farm. Mrs. Henry Larsen and little son Lavar spent Saturday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Day. Nell M. Griffiths her daughter Mrs. Alfred Heslington and baby boy, also Mrs. Griffiths two daughter-in-laws, Mrs. Ada Griffiths and little daughter, daugh-ter, and Mrs. Ruben Griffiths were all in town Friday afternoon visiting relatives re-latives and friends. Bert Morris and wife also Mrs. Rosa Ro-sa Stewart's mother all of Beaver were visitors at the W. U. Stewart home last week. George Shell and wife of Santa-quin, Santa-quin, Elden Evans, Gean Shepherd and Ralph Shell were visitors at the Littlefield home Thursday night and left for their home Friday morning. While Ruben Griffiths was repairing repair-ing his cable for unloading hay, he was sitting astride a derrick fork about 20 ft. above the ground. For some reason the Fork became unfastened un-fastened dropping both him and the fork. The sudden Jar caused slight injuries to Mr. Griffiths but not serious. ser-ious. Sunday July 13th the parents and children of the Sunday school of this ward, went as far as Murdock Academy Acad-emy holding Sunday school, 67 were present enjoying picnic and program. Adrin Baldwin was down from Manderfleld Friday visiting with his brother Loyal Baldwin. |
