Show LOCALS Erwin Campbell of Provo was in town Saturday. J. JL William, Jr., left Wednesday for Provo where he has accepted a position as call boy. Mts. James H. Atkin was in Salt Lake this week. T. Adams and Mrs. C. C. I , Sloan motored to Beaver Friday to attend the memorial exercises also the ball game. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Vincent have just returned from a trip through Zion and the Grand Canyon. Geo. Jefferson is improving his residence re-sidence property by erecting a cement ce-ment fence around the rear part of his lot. Mrs. Dan Rollins has returned to her home in Minersville, having recovered re-covered nicely from an appendicitis operation at the Mjilford hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Cockrane were Salt Lake visitors this week. Mr. and Mrs. L. D. McFadden left Sunday morning for Cedar Rapids, Iowa to visit his mother. Miss Helen Carlson went to Salt Lake Wednesday with her uncle, Theodore Kronholm. Mrs. Van Hickman, of Beaver, has been a patient at the Milford Hospital Hospi-tal the past week. Mrs. Floyd Ross of Salt Lake city arrived in Milford this week to arrange ar-range for keeping house. Mr. Ross is engaged at the Horn Silver mine, but will reside in Milford. J. C. Jeffers and family, Bill Peters Pet-ers and family, Guy Hamhlin and family and Miss Elna Williamson motored to Paragonah to spend Decoration De-coration Day. Mrs. William Twitchell, Jr., of Beaver, returned Monday to her home on North Creek after an appendicitis ap-pendicitis operation at the Milford Hospital. Chas. Baker came in from Ruth, Nevada, this week, where he is employed em-ployed in the manes. He received a fifteen day lay-off which he will spend with his family in Milford, and look after his property interests. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Parsons left Tuesday for Salt Lake, to attend the wedding of their daughter, Beatrice, to Ira J. Markham, of Spanish Fork. The wedding took place Wednesday in the Salt Lako Temple. |
