Show NOTED SINGER ON WAY TO LOS ANGELES ENTERTAINED HERE I. M. Belarsky, noted Russian basso, bas-so, driving with friends to Los Angeles An-geles last Sunday, stopped over in Milford for a short visit with Lorus Hand. The party remained to hear the concert which was directed Sunday Sun-day evening by Mr. Hand. After enjoying! Jhe concert, Mr. Belarsky and party were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Hand at Kinney's where refreshments were served, hence to the home of Dr. C. R. Par-rish Par-rish where a program was given. Those rendering numbers were Max Taylor, a singer accompanying Mr. Belarsky, Mr. Hand, Rosabel Jones, Helen Clark and Ruth Pool. A gentleman with Mr. Belarsky rendered rend-ered two readings. Mr. Belarsky graciously consented to sing four songs, which included, "A Dream," Barlett; "Tell Me Beautiful Maiden," "New Folk Song" and "Rocked in the Cradle of the Deep." |
