Show WORK PROGRESSING SPLENDIDLY ON NEW GOV. RADIO STATION Work is progressing very satisfactory satisfac-tory on the Government Radio Broadcasting plant three miles northwest of Milford according to Don F. Sutton, engineer in charge of operations. All concrete work has been finished and the frame work for the building is up. About six carpenters are employed em-ployed on this work. Bids were let this week in Salt Lake City for the erection of the two 125-foot steel towers, which will follow fol-low immeiately. E .F. Key, operator who will have charge of the station after completion, comple-tion, arrived last week with his wife from Salt Lake City to take up their residence in Milford. While the excessive cold weather slowed "up the work on the plant to some extent, good progress is now being made and the station will probably prob-ably be completed on scheduled time. |
