Show u SOUTH MILFORD : . - Mrs. Roy Luken is at home to her friends again after an extended stay in Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Geo. F. Stanley and Marvin Stanley of Ogden, parents and brother of Mrs. Walter Weber are visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Weber. The cutting of the first crop alfalfa hay is about finished on the flat and tonnage is quite disappointing even in fields which promised a fair yield. Little Misses Alice and Katherine Bybee entertained fifteen girl friends at a lawn party last Thursday afternoon after-noon at Ranch -Wasepah, the home of Dr. and Mrs. Addison Bybee. Games Gam-es filled the afternoon. Miss Katherine Kather-ine Smithson directing the play. Long tnblea poyered with pink, and white colors seated the tots at refreshment time. Bouquets of flowers, candles and artistically decorated cakes graced grac-ed the tables. Ice cream, lemonade, candies and cakes were served until all were well satisfied. Mrs. Leonard Bowen assisting the hostess in serving. serv-ing. The guest list included Anna Outzen, Ruby Patterson, Caroline .Clay, Jean and Norma Mcintosh, Le-nore Le-nore Bowen, Jean and Helen Smith, Alice Griffith, Dorothy Weber, Barbara Bar-bara Heslington, Merle Golden, Laura Meldrum, Luella Maxwell and Loret-ta Loret-ta Bowman. The entertainment committee for the flower show met with Mrs. Harold Sautter last Tuesday afternoon. Members Mem-bers of the committee are Mrs. Harold Sautter, Mrs. J. G. Weber, Mrs. Parley Par-ley Fisher and Mrs. C. A. Rohn. Fourth of July will be celebrated with family picnics this year. There being no community picnic planned. |
