The appointment was made Monday and today Easton assumes his new duties which, in addition to the policing polic-ing of the county for violation of the fish and game laws, include the care of the state fish hatchery at Beaver. In this latter work he will be assisted by the retiring warden, Sy Davis, who has generously offered to help him until un-til he becomes familial' with the routine rou-tine of the work. . The final appointment of a warden marks the close of several months' of disagreement between the Fish and Game club and the Democratic committee. com-mittee. The committee chairman maintained the appointment was en tirely in the hands of the committee while the Fish and Game club demanded demand-ed a say in the choice of the official. It was finally agreed that the Fish and Game club should vote on the names of several candidates with whom they would be satisfied to work and whom they believed would be acceptable ac-ceptable to the committee.
