State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utab, Dec. 23, 1920 Notice Is hereby given that the Blue Lake Land and Water Company , with its principal office at Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate ap-propriate Ten (10) Sec. Ft. of water wa-ter from the Sevier River In Millard Mill-ard County. Said water Is to be diverted at a point which lies 207 ft. north and 2075 ft. west from the Sl corner of Section 33, Township 17 South, Range 8 west, and con veyed by means of a canal for a distance of about 10,000 ft. and there used from April 1 to November 15 of each year as a supplementary supply to irrigate 7 880 acres of land embraced in the following sections: 2,Ey2 3, SSM,, NE14SEL4, SE14 NE4, and NMi NE4 11. N SW 12, SSW, NESW, and W SE 14, SW14 of SWVi 15, 16, E Ey2 and NW, NE 20, 21, W, NE, and NV4 SE 22, Wtt, SEVi, and WH NE 23, 26 27, 28, Ehi 29, 32, NV4 34, and 85, Township Town-ship 18 South, Range 9 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. This application ap-plication is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 8404. All protests agalnBt the granting of said application, stating the rea sons therefor, must be made by affidavit aff-idavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days afte the completion of the publication of this notice.
