Show Subscribe forYora NOTICE OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE MORT-GAGE FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT, AND SALE OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THA I : WHEREAS, default has occurred in the conditions of that cortain chattel chat-tel mortgage made and exexcuted by The Livlngaton Cattle Company, a corporation of the State of Utah, as as mortgagor to the Utah-Idaho Live Stock Loan 6ompany, n corporation of the Stato of Utah as mortgagee, and said mortgage being thereafter assigned to the National Park llauk of New York, a banking corporation of New York City, Stato of New York, and which snld mortgage bears date on the 3rd day of June, A. D. 1921, and which was recorded June 13th, A. D. 1921, in Book "C" of Chattel Mortgages at pages- 113, 114, 116. 116 of vh "rrda of the County Recorder of Millard '0"itv. State of Utah, and which was aiso recorded In the office of the County Recorder of Salt Lake County, Utah, default having occurred by reason of the failure of the snld mortgagor to pay the debt described in and so-cured so-cured by catd mortgage; and, WHEREAS, there Is now due and unpaid on said indebtednoss to the undersigned assignee of said mortgage, mort-gage, the principal sum of THIRTY-NINE THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE AND NINETY-FIVE NINETY-FIVE HUNDREDTHS (139,979. 95) DOLLARS, besides FOUR HUNDRED HUN-DRED THIRTY-THREE AND TEN HUNDREDTHS ($433.10) DOLLARS DOL-LARS interest, and THREE THOUSAND THOU-SAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN NINETY-SEVEN AND NINETY-NINE HUNDREDTHS HUN-DREDTHS ($3997.99) DOLLARS attorney fees the said mortgage and notos secured theroby nnd doscribed therein having been placed in the hands of the undersigned attorneys for collection, and all of said sums being now due and payable according to tho terms and conditlono of Bald notes and mortgage; NOW, THEREFORE, tho said proporty described- in said mortgage or as much thereof as can bo found or so much thereof as may be necessary, necess-ary, will bo sold pursuant to the power of sale in said mortgage contained, con-tained, at public auction, to tho highest high-est bidder or bidders, for cash, on Tuesday, the 31st day of January, A.
