Seven thousand men. struck In Manchester in defiance of their leaders. Two thousand Join-ed Join-ed the strike in ndon and many walked out In Liverpool. Union loaders who have given strike orders denied the charge of the communist inspiration and declared the issue was strlekly one of protest against high living costs.
