OCR Text	Show Mob Lynches Assailant Schulenlerg, Texas. Hundreds of men, women and children witnessed the lynching here Wednesday of Jess Bullock, negro, confossed as. salutcr of a 12-year-old white girl. The lynching took pace on the main street of the town. The negro, in custody of Sheriff C. H. Swinkey, had been captured near the Nevada river bridge on the outskirts of Schulen-berg. Schulen-berg. En mute to the Jail, a pose of about 20O Indignant citizens Intercepted Inter-cepted the sheriffs party, took the neirro to a nearby tree in the heart of the city and hnnged him. Ttullock confessed to the osiiault before he died.
