Show Notice to Water Users. Stale Engineei'i Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. April 22. 1915. Notice is hereby given that S. A. Greenwood. Trustee, whose post office address -is Salt Lake City, Utah, has make application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the session L aws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate ten (10) cubic feel of water per second from the Sevier River. Millard County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point whjch lies 2,600 feet north of the south quarter corner of Section 12, Township Town-ship 16 south, Range 9 west. Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 1,500 feet and there used fron January Jan-uary 1 to December 31, inclusive, of eich year, to irrigate 960 acres of land embraced in Sections 2, 3 and 12, Township 18 south. Range 9 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6017. All protests against the granting of said application, appli-cation, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
