Barrass, Jr., for the sum of Thirty Six Hundred ($3600.00) Dollars, principal, and the accrued interest on the same, since the 13th day of August, 1912, on two certain contracts, executed by and between the Delta Land & Water Company, a corporation, and the deiend-ant, deiend-ant, Onslow H. Barrass, Jr., on the 13th day of August, 1912, by the terms of - which, the said company agreed to sell to the defendant, Onslow H. Barrass, Jr., certain water rights to irrigate the North West Quarter of the North East Quarter and the South West Quarter of the Norh East Quarter of Section 36, Township 15 South, Range 8 West in Millard County, Utah; and to foreclose all of the right, title and interest of the defendants in and to said water contracts and water rights and said land and for the further sum of One Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars, attorneys fees and for costs of suit and for the appointment appoint-ment of a receiver during the pendency of this action.
