Alfred Kohl-son; Kohl-son; vice-president, Ernest Curling; directors. Win. N. McRrlde, Frank Partridge, Will Chllchley; J. Frank Day, secretary; Alonzo Huntsman, Treasurer. The president and vice-president are also members of the board of directors. di-rectors. The secretary and the treasurer treas-urer are not members of the board. The shareholders all went down and saw the plant In operation. Everything Every-thing looked well and In first-class shape. Decoration day was appropriately observed In Fillmore. Mr. Derrick and his wife, formerly Miss Helen (ireenwood, have been visiting with friend. nixl relatives In Fillmore. Sam Greenwood wad receatly la Fillmore Fill-more on business. Mrs. Kugene Melville came to Fillmore Fill-more to spend Decoration day. Several moves have Just taken place In Fillmore. Dr. fTievens has moved from the W. 1. Payne place to the old Hoy place; Karl Viele Into the Payne place from the old Powell place. Harvey Har-vey Warner Inio the Powell place, and Mrs. Carry Payne's belongings from the old home to Mrs. Henry's place.
