Show NOTICE TO WATER USER8. State (engineer's Office, Salt iMke City, Ctah, May 20, 1912. Notice is hereby given that William Justesen, whose post office address Is Deseret, I'tah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907. as. amended by the Session Laws of Ctili. 19(19 and 1911, to appropriate four (41 cubic feet of water per second sec-ond from Sevier River, Millard County, I'tah. Said water will be diverted di-verted at a point which lies 1,320 feet north and 1,320 feet east of the northwest north-west corner of Section 14, Township 18 South, Range 8 West, Salt Lake llase and Meridian, from where It will be conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 8,000 feet and there used during the period from January 1 to December 31, Inclusive, of each year, to Irrigate 120 acres of land embraced em-braced In Sections I., 22 and 23, Township 18 South, Range 8 West, Salt Lake llase and Meridian. This application Is designated in the State (engineer's office as No. 436H. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by Affidavit In duplicate and filed In this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
