Show per, lead and silver. They are incorporating under the laws of Utah with a capital stock of $l(l).(HH), divided into one million shares of ten cents par value. The stock books are now open at the store of Geo. Day, in Delta, where investors may subscribe for as many shares as they desire in payments of tone fourth down and the balance in 1, 2 ahd 3 months. Samples of the ore are in his window for inspection. The officers of the company are: Judge Geo. 10. Banks, President-Attorney, Wm. F. Curtis, Cur-tis, Vice-President, Geo. Day, Sect'y-Treas., p.ert F. Johnson, General Manager, II. P. King, Superintendent of mines, Wm. C. Curtis, Assistant-Superintendent of Mines. The officers are men of acknowledged ac-knowledged integrity and are well fitted to perform the duties of their several positions of trust, each being educated along his particular line of endeavor. They have a crew of men working work-ing now and expect to greatly increase the output of pay ore in a short time and to begin shipping ship-ping at an early date. This promises to be a dividend payer from the start and will be of great benefit to Millard County. In fact it will place us on the map and will draw much mining capital to this part of Utah. The world is looking for the base metals, values are going higher, and a mine with such values is surely worth investing in and will undoubtedly pay big interest inter-est on the investment. Let everybody take some stock and boost for Millard County's mines. All stock is fully paid and nonassessable, non-assessable, with 550 shares in the treasury. Send your remittances remit-tances to Geo. Day, Delta, Ut. Strike it Rich The King Silver-Cooper Mining Min-ing Co., operating near Whiskey Creek Spring, seems to be in for a period of prosperity. The mine is located some 20 miles east of Delta and about the same distance north of Fillmore, this county. They have fourteen claims, including a mill site, ten of which, are ready for patent, pat-ent, all assessment work having been done for five years. They have a shaft down about 165 feet near the south end of the property prop-erty and a tunnel in about 350 feet near the north end, and many prospect holes down some 15 to 20 feet in different parts of the said claims and all showing some values. The principal values are in silver, copper, and lead, with some gold in every assay. Recently Re-cently ihey sent six samples of ore to the Union Assay Office at' Salt .; Lake City, ml received the following returns re-turns in values at present prices uf the different metals. $245. 1.6 $27.10, $51.62, $15.10. $60.71 and $91.86. These were samples taken from the dumps, among which they sent two sacks of 286 lbs and received the values of $51.62. The south end of the property seems to be the richer where the croppings show a vein of copper and silver ore about 15 inches wide. The north end has a vein about six feet wide of silver and lead ore that assayed $60.71.
