Notice is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the directors, held on the 14th day of August, 1916, an assessment of fifty (50) cents per share was levied on the capital stock of the corporation, payable at once to Wm. D. Livingston, Secretary and Treasurer, at 437 Atlas Block, Salt Lake City, Utah. Any stock upon which the assessment remains re-mains unpaid on the 18th day of Sept ember, 1916, will be delinquent and advertised ad-vertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment is made before, will be sold on the 14th day of October, 1916, to pay the delinquent assessment, together to-gether with the costs of advertising and expense of sale.
