The farmers should gtt organized by that time and take advantage of the oppertunity to borrow cheap money as soon as possible. The world would be better if neighbors in little country villages vill-ages would visit each other more and try to be just a little more agreeable and kindly interested in each others affairs. Such visits help to banish household cares, and enable good ideas tc go home for the good of all. If the reader wants to settle in a wide-awake community, all he has to do is to look at the local newspaper. A wide-awake, well-supported home newspaper is always associated with good schools, churches, active business busi-ness and intelligent people. It never fails. No business man or pioneer in any community makes any better investment than the support of a home news-1 news-1 aper. On inquiry as to why our print paper is so flimsy these days an eastern firm tells us that the paper mills are not using wood pulp in the manufacture of prinl paper any more but have but have leased all the frog pondt and sloughs of the east and are harvesting their supply from them now. Judging from the quality of print paper on the market now we ex cept the explanation as truth fu and satisfactory. |
