April 20, 1!'I2. 1 Notice is hereby given that John Dewsnup, whose postofflce address Is lieseret, I'tah, has made application ' In accordance with the requirements 1 of the Compiled Laws of I'tah, 1!07, j as amended by the Session Laws of ; I'tah, 1909 and 1911. to appropriate j two and twenty-two hundredths (2.22) cubic feet of water from Sevier river, Millard county, I'tah. Said water wllj be diverted at a point which beats j south 40 degrees east 3.564 leet (lis tant from the northwest corner of Sec-lion Sec-lion 6, Township 18 South. Range 7 West, bait Lake Ilase and Meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of Ml.MiO feet, and there used from January 1 to December .11, Inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 155.98 acres of land embraced in Sections Sec-tions 2 and .1, Township 18 South, Range 8 West. Salt Lake Ilase and Meridian. This application Is designated desig-nated In the State Knglneer' office as No. 4445.
