Show RESTORATION. TO ENTRY OF LANDS IN NATIONAL FOREST. Notice Is hereby given that the lands described below, embracing 160 acres, within the Nebo National Forest, For-est, Clan, will bo subject to settlement settle-ment and entry tinder the provisions of the homestead laws of the l'nlted States and the act of June 11, 1906 (34 Stat.. 2.'!3), at the I'nlted States land office at Salt Lake City, I'tah, on July 25, 1911. Any settler who was actually and lu good faith claiming any of said lands for agricultural purposes pur-poses prior to January 1, 1906, and has not abandoned same, has a preference prefer-ence right to mike a homestead entry for the lands actually occupied. Said lands were listed upon the applications applica-tions of ihe persona mentioned below, who have a preference right subject to the prior right of any such settler, provided such settler or applicant Is qualified to make homestead entry ar.d the preference right Is exercised prior to July 25, 1911, on which dite the lands will be subject to settlement and entry by any qualified person.
