It is reported on tho streets that the city council is tlgurlng on taking the old well water hour away from tho pooplo from 6 to 7 each morning in tho summer and dividing tho samo among them on their Irrigation term. Many consider this a very serious move, and aro asking questions that will take more than a Philadelphia attorney at-torney to answer.
