Show Mrs. llroaddus played t ho neroiu pali'iiii'ias for the duets an J lor Mrs. Andelin songs. The gratitude of I he cotumuuily lielongs lo Mr. Charles Petty, who Is responsible for having secured the engagements and attend ed to the business management of the concerts. The many evidences of the artists' splendid training were a perfect per-fect delight. Our little comments are superfluous, for Mr. Andelln has been received In opera, oratorio and con cert in llerlln and London and will soon return for further engagements abroad; but we will not soon forget the perfect ease with which Mr. Andelln Ande-lln sang, even those glorious low bass tones, his unusual control in soft passages pass-ages and the tragic power of the Hungarian Hun-garian song and of "Asleep in the Deep" and "Uock'd lu the Cradle of tho Deep," which were peculiarly Impressive Im-pressive since our iiilmls are tilled with tho horrors of the Titanic wreck. The audiences especially enjoyed Mrs Atidelln's volvaeloil expressive artilig and singing. Few of us appreciate the heroism of the expensively trained musician, who braves fatigue, cold, hard travel, poorly healed halls, bad pianos, and J 2.1 or $!0 audiences to give the people in our small districts a cli mice to hear real music. About ItiO people enjoyed the concei t at Des eret and a really enthusiastic audience audi-ence or about 2u(l in Hinckley. The Hinckley Cash Drug Store Is open now all forenoon as well as in the afternoon. Ixm't forget the new candies that are coming In for Com iiieneement week. Have you tried MacDonald's lllue Dutch Chewing Chocolates and "Four Hundred?" There are also plenty of Sweet's finest fin-est boxes. Mrs. tleorge Crafts and Mrs. Maker, of Deseret, were both taken to Salt Lake this week on Dr. Uroaddus' advice, ad-vice, for operation. Mrs. Itaker's brother-in-law iilso went to the hospital. hos-pital. Mr. Archie Hyan and Virgil Kelly ara In Salt Lake ou business. JEWS OF OUR NEIGHBORS i .
