Show Important Water Case Attorney J. Alex Melville came over from the county seat the first of the week and reports that the Warm Creek water case of the west end of the county is prgying one of the big cases on county records. The case was brot on by John SingletDn of American Fork, filing on water in the creek which had already been appropriated by Doutre, and Robinson interests and some Indians, Singleton claiming that the parties having the former filings were not using the water benificially. Three attorneys are employed by the Doutre Robinson Rob-inson and Indian interests who have brot suit of protest against Singleton and there is a considerable consider-able number of expert witnesses being used which, together with attorney fees and other expenses will run the expenses" of the trial to about $300 a day. The testimony testi-mony has all been taken and the case will be argued in Salt Lake City. |
