Show ment in the papers that the contract con-tract had been let to McCormick to furnish, resulted in a petition being circulated by the followers on Clark street which wi!i be sent to the post office department depart-ment asking that the office be located on Clark street. No word, that we know of, has been received from McCormick, who figures on putting up a building costing about $25,000 and having half a dozen store rooms in it, since the contract was let. Postoffice Mix Up Just now things around Delta seem to be warming up. L. W. McCormick of Salt Lake who has had a large building under contemplation just south of the Hub for some, time, has secur-red secur-red a ten-year lease from the post office department for the Delta post office. Bids were posted last spring asking for a room for the post office and we understand that Kelly and McCormick Mc-Cormick both put in bids. Kelly's Kel-ly's for $35, and McCormick's for $25.
