Shurtz of Delta, Utah, Who made entry No , under provisions of Chapter 2, Title 75, Compiled Laws of Utah 19U7, as amended, commonly known as the "Carey Act," which embraces EVi SE'.i of Section 10, Township 16 South of Range 7 West, do hereby give notice of my intention to make final proof to establish my claim to the land above described and that I expect to prove that I have settled upon, rclaimed and cultivated said lands as required by the laws and the rules and regulations reg-ulations relative thereto before Frank Beckwith who is the authorized author-ized representative of the State La ad Board of Commissioners of the State of Utah at Delta, Utah, on June 22, 1946 by two of the following witnesses: Leo Davis, R FD, Delta, Utah; Herman Munser, RFD Delta, Utah; Rufus B.
