Estray Notice State or Utah, County of Millard, ss In the Delta Precinct of said county. I have in my possession the following described estray animal, which if not claimed and taken away will be sold at public auction to the highest cash bidder at my resident in Delta precinct, on the 4th day of February, 1944, at the hour of 12:30 p.m. Description of Animal One brown horse, weighting about 1600 and about 6 years old. One Bay colt about 10 months old. No marks or brands visible. Said animal was taken by Morgan Mor-gan May, on the 21st day of January, Jan-uary, 1944. Poundkeeper for Delta Precinct, lx D. A. Dekker.
