Miss Elma Terry, who is attending at-tending the BYU at Provo this winter, win-ter, is spending Easter vacation with her parents, M-S David Terry. Miss Patty Pace is home from school at the BYU and will work in the office for her father, C. M. Pace. Mrs. J. W. Pace left Delta Monday Mon-day for Homedale, Idaho, where she will visit her mother, Mrs. Roy Smoot. Monday morning's blizzard in snow and wind was winter in a heap. March is going out like a lion, however it came in. L. C. Neely is visiting his parents, pa-rents, M-S N. E. Neeley, of Hinckley. Hinck-ley. Mrs. Leonard Duts'on of Leamington Leaming-ton went to San Francisco to see her son who is in the service there. Mis. J. E. Works came up from California because of the illness of her daughter, Mrs. Maxine Bishop. Jim is an inspector of lumber, working for the U. S. Army, and Mrs. Works is doing clerical work in the Navy office. The son of Mrs. Works' sister, Mrs. Alta Ivory, is reported re-ported missing in action. Frank Heise, Jr., left Tlrirsday for San Francisco on a business trip. He intends to return by way of Los Angeles and visit his parents who have been there for the past several months. M-S George Meinhardt came up from California last week to visit their son, Harry and family. George celebrated his 80th birthday on Feb. 20, hale and hearty, and working work-ing hard. He is carrying those years nicely with full prospect of many more before him. M-S Virl J. Kimber are visiting with Mrs. Kimber's grandparents, M-S John E. Steele. Mrs. Kimber was the former Lois Twitchell. Mrs. C. M. Pace returned from Salt Lake City Sunday where she had been with her small son, Nick, for medical attention. Mrs. Biah Sjostrom went to Salt Lake with Mrs. Pace. |
