Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clarissa Blake recently were Mr.and Mrs. Orvil Cox and daughter, daugh-ter, LaWana and Mr. and Mu. Charles Cox of Shelley, Ida. Jim Morris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Morris is home from the army for a few days to help out since his father was hurt in an accident. Mr. and Mrs. Dick Roberts and Mrs. Boyd Hilton visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Hilton recently. Mr. and Mrs. George Johns and Margene Hilton visited in Salt Lake last Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednes-day. Karen Jensen from Salt Lake came back with Margene and is visiting for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Lars Bishop and Sylvia Bishop spent a few days out of town last week. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Johnson from Salt Lake were visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Meron Petersen. Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Robinson last week were Mr. and Mrs. Elden Bennett and family from St. George. Visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Karl Workman last week were Mr. and Mrs Wayne Jones and son from Hurricane, Blanche Severine and child, and Mr and Mrs. Warren Bergman and family from California. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Manis and son spent three days at the Rodeo in Tremonton. Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Taylor are visiting here. Forrest has been stationed at Camp Roberts, Calif. for the past few months. After his ten day leave he will go to New Jersey and will be sent to Germany soon after that. Sunday evening services, were under the direction of Mr. Max Johnson. Speakers were Pat Barney, Bar-ney, Mrs. Max Johnson and Mr. Johnson. Mrs. Jean Tolbert sang two vocal solo's "Have I Done Any Good", and "The Lord's Prayer",. She was accompanied by Mrs. Roma Ekins. LaDawn Mecham has returned home after having spent a month in Orem with Mr. and Mrs. Brooks Robinson. Mr. and Mrs. Brooks Robinson and family spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Ken Mecham. Visiting at the home of Mrs. Erma Cropper is Allene Reeve, dau ghter of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Reeve from Fillmore. Roger Bliss is spending three days at Bear Lake. The trip was for all Deseret News carriers. The Gospel Message Sunday School class had a swimming party par-ty at the resvoir. After the swim they journeyed to Evelyn Skeem's home for refreshments. Mary Ellen Cropper, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hon Cropper, held a birthday party recently.' Games were played and refreshments served ser-ved to the following guests. Russell Talbot, Lewis Swensen, Nev., where they have working with the bees. Cal Barlow of Bountiful has been visiting with Don Morris and Daryl Cropper for a day. Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ren Taylor are their grand children, Allen and Ileen Taylor, Ada rvianne iroppei, iiuima Roseann Spencer, David and Elden Ekins, Alice Gaye Bliss, Kriss Hardy, Har-dy, Janette and Lucille Hurst, Kathy and Jerry Pabst, Alene Reeve, and Connie Cropper. Visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Tanner is their grandson, grand-son, Del. Ray Hughes from Salt Lake City. ; Mr., and Mrs. Hon Cropper and family,' and .Mr.-and Mrs. Howard Roundy " spent Sunday in Provo with Dr. and Mrs. C E. Hyatt. ' Hank W. Anderson of Provo has been visiting with Pat Pratt recently. re-cently. Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Knight and family visited Monday with Mr. and Mrs. Fay Theobald. Mrs. Robert Bishop has gone to Memphis, Tenn., where she will spend the summer with her parents par-ents there. Her two daughters, Pat and Debra went with her. Vickie Damron, young daughter of Mr. Ken Damron, spent a week in Fillmore with her grandparents children of Mr. Ralph Taylor. Visiting at the Heber Bishop and R. Swensen home this week are Mr. and Mrs. Svend Larsen and family of Salt Lake City and Mr. and Mrs. Valdemar Gronborg and Anitta of Denmark. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Bishop, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Bishop, and Mr. Alfred White and children were recent visitors at the Lafe Nielson home. Visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Spendlove over the week end was Ray Spendlove. J. Ward Spendlove will saty with them this week end. They are staying with them while their parents are at the JayCee Convention at Dallas, Tex. Mr. and Mrs. Roe Buhanan and family are on vacation through the Southern Parks. They plan to go to Flagstaff, Arizona to visit Grant Woodbury before they return re-turn home. The following people went to Manti to the Temple last Thursday Thurs-day to do work for the Elder family. fam-ily. Mr. and Mrs. T. George Theobald, Theo-bald, Mrs. Lyzette Erickson, Mrs. Arvilla Swensen, and Mrs. Emma Spendlove. Marilee Davis of Tooele has been a recent visitor at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Spencer. A birthday party for Norma Spencer was held last week. Guests invited were Larry and Steven Love, Connie Cropper Allene Reeve Mary Ellen Cropper, Sylvia and Ada Maline Cropper, RosAnne Claire, and Shirley Spencer, Bonnie Bon-nie Davis. Mr. and Mrs. Wise. Sgt. Lynn Ireland was recently home on a 25 day furlough. He reported back to Travis Air Force Base alst week. While he was here he was visited by Miss Libby Delvechio of Toledo, Ohio for a week. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Theobald visited visit-ed in Hinckley. Ed was recently discharged from the Army and has been living in Boise, Idaho. - Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum. Tanner recently were their children, Mr. and Mrs.' A. L. Caffall from Reno, Nevada, Mr. and Mrs. F. L. Mecham and family fam-ily from Portland, Oregon, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hughes and family of Salt Lake City, and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Tanner of Salt Lake City. Mrs. lone Christensen recently returned home from a two day trip. She visited with her husband, Elder Jim Christensen a3 Casper, Wyoming. She took the car to him to use on the rest of his mission. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Hilton brought her back from Wyoming. Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Stratton last week was Mr. and Mrs. Warren Stratton of Salt Lake.
