OCR Text	Show Beseret Garden Cluli Toears Iris Members of the Deseret Carden Club attended the state convention conven-tion of associated garden clubs in Orem Saturday and went on the tour which took them to the two famous Iris gardens in Provo. They also cast their votes in the election elect-ion for state officers. Members attending were Mrs. I Fay Davis, Mrs. Jerry Black, Mrs. Edna Christensen and Mrs. Inga ! Black. Members of the club reported I that state president, Mrs. Dorothy Newbold paid a high tribute to I Mrs. Beth Anderson, of Hinckley, 1 calling her a 'jewel' in organizing 1 the many garden clubs and keep-j keep-j ing them going in West Millard.
