Show SUTHERLAND . . . Mr. and Mrs. Dan Mac Cone visited vis-ited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Parley Deem on Saturday and Sun day as they were returning from California. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Tippetts spent Monday and Tuesday in Provo shopping and visiting. Alia Barney entertained on Tues ' day in honor of her son, Alan. It was his seventh birthday. Mrs. Lester Johnson entertain -ed the As-You-Like-It Club on Thursday evening at her home. The time was spent at sewing. Those present were Maxine Owens, I Zelda Ogden, Delia Johnson, Bertha Ber-tha Owens, Hazel Walker, Elaine Turner, Florice Sanford and Eleanor Elea-nor Roberts. Miss Katherine Sanford and Miss Verlyn Moody and Mr. Gordon Moody came home for the weekend. week-end. All three are attending school in Salt Lake City. Evelyn Davis came home from the BYU to Visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Davis. Bert and Marie Jensen and daughter, dau-ghter, Elcee, visited this week in Tooele with Bert's brother, Mr. Auer Jensen. Sunday night Sacrament Meeting Meet-ing was under the direction of High Councilman Elden Eliason. Speakers were Mr. Eliason, Lathel Callister and Ray Gardner. Mrs. Ben Robison entertained at school for the birthday oi her daughter, dau-ghter, Pamela. Pam's birthday was . Saturday. |
