Show Woman Injured In Accident At Topaz Mountain Mrs. Trelba Atkins of Richfield, was injured Sunday when the car she was driving overturned on the road near the southeast end of Topaz mountain. Her 12-year old son, with her in the car was not hurt. Mrs. Atkins was returning to Richfield after a trip to Callao when the accident occurred about 11:15 a.m. Sunday. The car turned over and came to rest with all 4 wheels in the air. The injured woman was there until 5 p.m. before medical aid was obbtained from Delta. For a long time no cars came by. Then a party of four picnickers drove up identified as Mr. and Mrs. Wm. R. Coster and Mr. . and Mrs. Robert Rhodes. One couple stayed with Mrs. Atkins and son while the others oth-ers drove to Delta for aid. Dr. R. P. Adams and L. N. Nick-le Nick-le went with the ambulance to the accident and after first aid Mrs. Atkins went by amublance to the hospital in Richfield. It was thought her left' arm and right leg were broken, and other undetermined undeter-mined injuries. |
