Wes DeFord brought Ann Dee Clark home to Provo Sunday. She has been visiting with Linda Mills in Lynndyl. Gene Overson and Raymond Clark spent the weekend in Provo with Mr. and Mrs. Roy Clark. Luncheon guests at the Simpson home Tuesday were Mr. and Mrs. Don Williams of Tooele, Mrs. Sadie Elmer of Spanish Fork, Norma Ma- ! jers and Nancy Lynn. Cards were played in the evening. The wedding of Robert Ivie, son of Mr. and Mrs. Golden Ivie of Orem, and Miss Joyce Rowland, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Owen Rowland was performed Tuesday evening, June 27, in the Odd Fellows Fel-lows hall in Provo. After the wedding wed-ding dancing was enjoyed. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Clark and children and Wes DeFord went to Strawberry Saturday and Sunday for fishing. Ann Dee Clark of Orem spent Friday in Salt Lake with friends. Jay Simpson, Walter Baxter and Neil Fernley went up Hobble creek canyon Sunday fishing. Mr. and Mrs. Mel Majers, Rachel Ra-chel Simpson, Don Williams, Jay Simpson and Neil Fernley spent Monday in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Godfrey and boys, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Allen and Ruby, Mr. and Mrs. George Godfrey, Mrs. Mae Miller and son Billy, spent Sunday fishing in Pro-. Pro-. vo canyon. from Durango, Colo., where they spent a pleasant month visiting her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Wallie Baxter of Huntington, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Le Roy and daughter, Cherie, of Hiawatha, Hia-watha, arrived Saturday to visit in Provo with Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Simpson. Mr. and Mrs. LLloyd Un-german Un-german and daughter, Vicky Lynn of Huntington, arrived in Provo on Sunday and visited with Mr and Mrs. Simpson on their way to Salt Lake. Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Mel Majers Ma-jers and the six Majers, Jay Simpson, Simp-son, Neil Fernley, Walter Barton wento to the lake and enjoyed a day boating and a picnic lunch.
