Show Boy Scouts Attend Council Camporee At Navajo Lake Seven hundred Boys Scouts of Utah National Parks Council are in Cedar City at present and will go to Navajo Lake on the Cedar mountains for a three-day camporee. cam-poree. They met in Cedar Wednesday Wed-nesday and conducted a parade down the main street there at 1 p.m. After the parade they went to Navajo Lake. The camporee opened Wednesdays Wednes-days and will close Friday night. The boys will attend training sessions ses-sions where they will study swimming, swim-ming, boating, life saving, personal person-al health, cooking, first aid, nature na-ture work and handicraft. Over seventy Scouts from Deser-et Deser-et district attended along with the scoutmasters and leaders to guide them in their workk. |
