Show 0 The Triple S club in Sutherland ' met at the home of their lead er, Dawn Porter, May 17, where they chose their officers. Patsy ; Brumley, pres.; Geniel Johnson as 1 vice pres.; Geniel Barney, sec; Jerene Johnson, song leader; Ann Henrie, organist, Arva Johnson, re-! re-! porter ,and Dorothy Brumley. May j 24 they met at the home of Ann I Henrie, where they made darns and patches. And the last meeting meet-ing was May 31 at the home of J Patsy and Dorothy Brumley. Hot j pads and laundry bags were made. i Delta 4-H Club, The Eight Cook- ies, met at the home of Mrs. Cora Harris on Wednesday at 5:30 p. ; m. for the first meeting. The presi- ; dent for the club is Barbara Wel- ' ton. Their mothers attended the i meeting. J Members are Barbara Welton, 1 Beulah Barney, Bonita Johnson, Thelma Black, Frances Harris, Carol Ca-rol Chamberlain, Clarine Willden, Zolet Prestwich. The second meeting was at the home of Mrs. Harris. The health lesson was by Thelma Black. We learned how to make soups. The next meeting will be at Zolet Prestwich's home on Monday at i 3 p.m. Reporter is Zolet Prestwich. i AIMS OF BETTER CLOTHING . . June 5, 1950, the Aims of Better Clothing club held their fourth meeting at the home of Lynn Fow-les. Fow-les. Songs weer learned and games were played. They also learned to lead songs.
