This is an action brought to quiet title on the following land in Millard County, Utah: The W.U of Lot 1, Block 53, Plat "A" Delta Townsite. All of Lots 1 & 2, in Block 106; All of Lots 1 &2, in Block 107; and All of Lot 2, in Block 108; all in Plat "A", Delta Townsite. Lot 1, in Block 27, Plat "A", Delta Townsite. All of Lots 1 and 2. and commencing com-mencing at the NE corner of Lot 4, in Block 18, Plat "A", Delta Townsite, and running th. W. 137.5 ft.; th. S. 183 ft.; th. W. 110 ft.; th.
