Show Hulda Dewsnup, j Deseret Mother, i Dies in Salt Lake Mrs. Hulda Hales Dewsnup, wife of Harmon Dewsnup of Deseret, died Tuesday night in a Salt Lake hospital,, folowing a lingering ill-' ness. She was taken to the hospital a week ago. Mrs. Dewsnup was born in Deseret Deser-et in July 1898, a daughter of George and Annie Warnick Hales, early pioneers. Her life was lived in Deseret, where she was always ' active in civic and church works. As a member of the Church of , Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, , she was especially active in the Relief Society. She was highly es-1 teemed and la valued member of the community. She was married to Harmon Dewsnup, and their home was made in Deseret. During the past summer they had moved into their new home, just completed. Surviving Mrs. Dewsnup lare her husband and two daughters, Mrs. Mavis Hardy, Hinckley and Anna Lou Dewsnup, Deseret; two sisters, Edna Christensen. Deseret and Georgianna Pace, Delta; two brothers, bro-thers, Parley Hales, Delta, and Hugh Hales, Salt Lake City; and her father, George Hales, Deseret. Funeral services will be held Saturday Sat-urday at 2 p.m. in the Deseret ward chapel, by Bishop O. L. Dut-son. Dut-son. Burial will be in the Deseret cemetery, under the direction of I,. N. Nickle and Sons Mortuary. |
