Show i ii ' ' i in-- v Are Honored At Reception Mr. and Mrs. Boyd L. Bunker, young Deltans who were married in Salt Lr-ke City March 30, were honored at a wedding reception and dance at the Delta high school gymnasium Saturday night, Receiving Re-ceiving with the young couple were their- parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cloy ' Broderick, Mr. and Mrs. Lamond Bunker, and Miss Roma Broderick and Reed Bunker. The bride wore a blue formal evening ev-ening gown, with a corsage of gardenias. gar-denias. Corsages of carnations were worn by Mrs. Broderick and Mrs. Brnkc1. and Roma Broderick. A program was given during the evening, with Cloy Broderick acting act-ing as master of ceremonies. Taking Tak-ing part were Merlin Forster, a vocal solo. Tola Newman, of Eureka, Eure-ka, an aunt of the bride, who gave a musical reading, accompanied by LaVon Wa'ker at the piano; accordion- solo, by Dale Johnson; xylophone solo, by Betty Grace Barney; reading by Mrs. Newman, and numbers by the quartet, Cherie Hannifin, Shiriene Steele, Merlin Forster and Myron Abbott. Many guests called during the evening, with best wishes for Mr. and Mrs. Bunker. Among those attending at-tending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Kimball Larson, Salt Lake City, Mr. ,p.nd Mrs. Fred Rich, Pro-vo, Pro-vo, and Mr. and Mrs. Arlo Broderick, Brod-erick, Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton Laird, Mr. and Mrs. Arvid Newman, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Gourley, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Walker, Mrs. Vi Tinder and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jameson, all of Eureka. Mr. and Mrs. Bunker will make their home on their farm, the former for-mer Peter Erickson place, south of Delta, where they will be at home within a week. |
