The Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, and personal representatives of the per sonal defendants above named who might be deceased, and the Stockholders, Creditors, Assigns, and Successors in interest of any of the above named corporate defendants de-fendants that might have ceased to exist and all other persons unknown un-known claiming any right, title, estate therein or interest in the rejil property described in the Complaint Com-plaint adverse to Plaintiff's ownership, own-ership, or any cloud upon Plaintiff's Plain-tiff's title thereto. I Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned to appear ap-pear within twenty days after the service of this Summons upon you, if served within the County in which this action is brought; otherwise oth-erwise within - thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled en-titled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. This action is brought to quiet title to the following land in Millard Mill-ard County, Utah: Com. at the SE. corner of Lot 8, in Blk. 54, Plat "A", Delta Town-site, Town-site, and running th. N. 25 ft; th. W. 55 ft.; th. S. 25 ft.; th. E. 55 ft. to the place of beg. Com. at a point 60 rods S. of the NW. corner of Sec. 36 T 16 S. of R. 8 W., S. L. M., and running th. E. 160 rods; th. S. 50 rods; th. W. 160 rods; th. N. 50 rods to the point of beg., and containing 50 acres, more or elss. All of Lot 2 (being the NW. of the NE.); the SW. of the NE. y4; and the NW. of the SE.Vi of Sec. 2, T. 18 S. of R. 7 W., S. L. M., and com. at the NE. corner of Lot 2 in said Sec. 2, and running th. E. 36 2-3 rods; th. S. 240 rods; th. W. 36 2-3 rods; th. N. 240 rods to the place of beg. Com. at the SW. corner of the SE. of Sec. 18, T. 17 S. of R. 7 W., S. L. M., and running th. E. 32 rods; th. N. 15 rods; th. W. 32 rods; th. S. 15 rods to the place of beg.; EXCEPTING, however, a strip of land 50 ft. wide along the S. side of the above described describ-ed tract, occupied by State Highway High-way No. 6.
