Show NORTH CACHE HIGH - ! SCHOOL NEWS The Sophomore class members en-Joyed en-Joyed themselves at a social at the Hendricks' Hall, Tuesday night. The Senior class is leading the other classes d' subscription for ' Thrift Stamps. , The Christmas edition of the Maroon Ma-roon appeared this week. The students stud-ents had all'been looking forward to Ita arrival and were more than pleased pleas-ed as .they read it through. The staff deserves a great deal of credit for the excellency of the 'paper. I A Christmas program will be given, giv-en, the last day of school before closing clos-ing for holidays, to consist of the following numbers: Violin Quartet. Christmas Spirit Gordon Ewlng Clarinet Solo. Amos Balr Talk C. Z. Harris Vocal Solo Hazen Bright ' Retold Story. Ada Plowman i In the basket ball series the Seniors Sen-iors were defeated by the Sophomores , did the Juniors by the Freshmen. The two winning teams being evenly even-ly matched gave us a good demonstration demon-stration of basketball. Tho Freshmen however, emerged as victors of tho series. The sfcident body alumni and faculty fac-ulty of the high school have sent a book and a box of candy made by the Domestic Science Derfcrtment with their best wishes for a happy Xmas to each of the two alumni graduating Mr. Adrian Atkln and Mr. Ephralra Woodland, both of whom are training train-ing for the battle front, o |
