Show MEWS OF THE WEEK FROM WELLSVILLE Wellsvllle, May 30. A most de-jllghtful de-jllghtful party was given by Mrs. 'John Green, Tuesday. Apple blossoms blos-soms and ferns were lavishly used for the decorations. Lunch was served at 4 p. m. by Mrs. Green and Mrs. Loland Hanson of College ward. Music and social chat were enpoyed during the afternoon, the occasion being the first birthday anniversary of her little son, Lowell. The following fol-lowing pere present. Misses Tenny, LaRue, Virginia Lelshman, and Mrs. Floyd Lelshman, and Miss Karo Garrett Gar-rett and Mrs. Loland Hanson. Mrs. Thomas waiters or iaano Falls Is visiting with Mr. and Mrs, Peter Maughan. The Bee-Hive girls are fully organized organ-ized under the supervision of Mrs. Will Brenchloy. Mr. Peter Maughan went to Salt Lake on Sunday and returned Monday Mon-day night. Mr. Maughan went on buslnoss. Miss Vcrna Maughan Is spending two weeks with Miss Wanda Harris in Fielding, Utah. Mr. W. H. Maughan went to Salt Lake on Tuesday as a representative of tho B. Y. C. Mr. and Mrs. Lorln Haslam entertained enter-tained for Mr. and Mrs. Thomas (Walters on Sunday at .dinner. Red and white carnations In a crystal 'vaso formod tho cenler-plece. Covers wore laid for six. Mrs, Grover Jones was the hostess for tho Maple Circle, Saturday, May 20. Tweivo members wore, present. A delightful program was given; Mrs. Ross Parkinson reciting, and Mrs. Howard Jones and Mrs. Heber Bankhead sang "Perfect Day." Jon-qullls Jon-qullls woro tho decorations. Tho club will meot with Mrs. Arthur Wilson, June Cth. Miss Bcssio Maughan of Logan spent a few days last week, tho guest of Misses Barbara and Ella Maughan. Mrs. John Blair of Lowlston 1b visiting vis-iting Mr. and Mrs. Chauhcey Parkinson. Parkin-son. Mrs. Harry Parker spont Saturday and Sunday In Logan. Mrs. Elmer Brossard returned from a pleasant visit to Salt Lako, Thursday, May 24. Miss Pearl Theurer Is spending tho summer here with her sister, Mrs. Warren, and brother, Mr. Theuror.
