Show COLLEGE PUDDING Mix togother two ounces of bread crumbs and tho samo of finely chopped chop-ped suet, ono ounco each of castor sugar and of currants and sultanas, nnd a small pinch each ot cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg nnd salt When thoroughly amalgamated add ono egg, well beaten; pour tho mix turo into small, well greased basins, or molds, and bako for twenty-five minutes. Tho puddings aro nice Bteamed, but this will take about ten minutes longer. Thoy aro usually served with a plhln, sweet sauce, or ono slightly flavored with sherry or brandy. |
