Said water will bo diverted at a point which bears nouth 28 degrees 41 minutes east 1733 feet from tho northwest corner ot Section 36, Township 12 north Rango 1 caBt, Salt Lake Baso and Meridian, Me-ridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch and a pipe lino for a distance of 13,012 feet and there used from January 1 to December 31, Inclusive, of each year, to generate power for producing electric light and for pro pelling machinery at various points in Cacho Valley, Utah.
