Craven, whoso post office nddrcss is Ogden, Utah, have made application in accordancb with the requirements of the Compiled Lews of Utah, 1907, as araindcd by tho Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate ten (10) cubic feet of water per second from Spring Hranch, Cache County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears south 4 degrees west 2,815 feet distant dis-tant from tho east quarter corner of section 17, Township 10 north, range 1 west, Salt Lake base and meridian, from where It will be conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 10,560 feet and there used during the period from January 1 to December Decem-ber 31, inclusive, of each year, to develop de-velop power for the purpose of electric elec-tric lighting and propelling machinery in Hox Elder and Cache counties, Utnh. After having been so diverted and used ,the water will bo returned to the natural channel of the stream, at a point which bears south 58 degrees de-grees east 1,410 feet distant from the west quarter corner of Section 15, Township 10 north, Range 1 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application ap-plication is designated In tho State Engineer's office as No. 3,492.
