Last week was a busy ono for tho farmers here, cutting cut-ting grain, putting up tho second crop of alfalfa and Irrigating beets kept many busy, Tho alfnlfn crop is later and lighter than It was last year. Tho fruit crop Is a heavy one. la some, parts of town tho apple trooJ are so loaded that tholr limbs test on the ground. Tho beset crop bids fair to bo a record breaker. Quito n number of our citizens spent several days last week enjoying tho beauties of Logan canyon. They report tho fishing as being quite poor.
