Though notified, and rc-notlfled, the company has for tho past few weeks refused to comply with the agreement and on Monday the water was thirteen inches above compromise point. The Tellurlde people have said and done many things calculated to make the citizens of any city as arbitrary as themselves and is keeping It up. This Is the plant that Is today asking tho citizens to give them from $'25,000 to $35,000 more for their system than Mr. :Nunn has said it is actually worth, |
